Why Does 7 Mean Completion?

Tripling a symbol is a human habit of emphasis. In Hebrew writing, repeating a word three times could stress it, as in "holy, holy, holy" in Isaiah 6, but that is a repeated word, not a number sequence.

Is 777 Good Or Evil?
Neither. A number is a number. The Bible does not label 777 good, holy, devilish or lucky. The question has two wrong answers. One says 777 is a sacred number that brings blessing.
